Question for Pokemon Ruby

I have sloved the braille code in the underwater cave and I am in the ruins where regirock is but where are the places where regice and registeel are?

Regice is on route 105

Fly to Petalburg, surf onto the sea, and just stay left, there is land, get on the land and surf up north. There must be a tomb.

In the tomb just stand in the middle and wait, the door opens and there is Regice lvl. 40!

Registeel is on Route 120

Fly to Lilycove City And go left, You will see some stairs, go upstairs, and then north, there must be a tomb too.

In the middle of the tomb use fly, And there is Registeel lvl. 40!

For Regice stand in the middle of the braille codes, press A, and wait.

Regice: On Route 105, there's an island on the west side. Stand infront of the center tile on the north wall.

Press the A button and wait. Don't move, don't press anything, just wait! You have to be patient. The entrance to Regice will open. It takes about a minute, I think.

Registeel: On route 120, there's a Volcano in the southwest part of it. The volcano is above the girl that gives you berries, and through some tall grass.

After that, you need to go to the center of the room and use fly.

It takes a few tries to find the exact spot, but once you find it, the door will open!
