I saved my masterball and catched some legendarys without masterball I saved it and catched groudon with ultra ball regice with timerball registeal with ultra ball and regirock with timerball and when I win the leage I don't know which to use the masterball on latios always flees lvl 40 and rayquaza in sky pillar at lvl 70 the both are hard to catch :( somebody please help here

I would recommended using the Masterball on Rayquaza, even though it is possible to catch them both with Ultra Balls. I say Rayquaza because you can trap Latios in-battle by using Mean Look to it. After doing so, it's easier to catch it than Rayquaza.
