Question for Pokemon Ruby

Where are all the rare candy locations and what are good Pokemon in my party thst needs one? My party: lvl 45 Pelipper, lvl 53 Raichu, lvl 41 Regice, lvl 46 Wailord, lvl 51 Gyrados, and lvl 81 Blaziken. Right now, I'm also trying to defeat the Elite Four, so if you want to change my party go ahead.
