Question for Pokemon Ruby

WASSUP YA . I need help.

I can't find feebas you said set the word saying to mudkip ball but where do I set the saying.

I need more masterballs I got one from team magams hide out and I used it on groudi=uon.

I need another on how do I get more without getting gameshrk and stuff.=)=)=)=)=)=)=)helppppppppppphelp help help

I can help ya.

OK, I don't know if its the same for all the versions but i went to route 119 and surfed.

OK, then when your in the water go up to the top and find the waterfall there.

Then put your self in the tile that is on the right, and face left(doing all this whilst still surfing).

Then fish using ur good rod and keep tryin I did it this way and I found bout 5 feebas in 10 mins.

P.S. 1 ultra ball should catch im straight away
