action replay help

I'm playing my ruby on my ds, I have an action replay(ds), can someobdy explain how I use it?

you can't use GBA games on action repley DS ive tryed it but what you can do is if you got pokemon perl diamond or platium and you got a GBA game in as well you can take off the pokemon off of the GBA game onto pokemon perl diamond or platium!!!

You can only use gamesharks for GBA action relays are only for Ds
