If I breed a shiny Pokemon with a reguler hows the percent thats it's kid or one of it's kids are going to be shiny tell me pleace.

The percentage is actually no different, the chances of it being shiny is the same rate as finding one shiny.
Action Replay and Game Shark have codes for shiny Pokemon, you maybe able to find some in the Action Replay or Game Shark section depending which one you have, Use codes at your own risk as the website says.
