Latios or Latias (you can only choose one. Head to your home. When your Mom asks you a question about what colour Pokemon you saw, say Blue if you want Latios or Pink/Red [forgot which] if you want Latias). After beating the Elite Four and talking to your Mom afterwards, you will at some point randomly encounter the one you chose anywhere where you can encounter pokemon.

You can also get Regirock, Regice and Registeel.

Guest answered:

First and foremost there is Rayquaza, and then you have the brother and sister bird Pokémon you set free one after defeating the Elite Four(Latias and Latios). And then you have the three Regi's, being Regirock, Regice and Registeel. Other than that, to obtain the other bird(Because you can only pick one per game) and Kygore; you will need Pokémon Sapphire.

Guest answered:

what about deoxy? is that a myth that you can get to the moon or not? havent tested it because i cant catch that damn latios.
