Can Pokemon RUBY trade with Pokemon leaf green and fire red? I need this because sapphire is apparently the exact same game except with different Pokemon and the others are different so please reply A.S.A.P.

Pokemon Ruby can trade with Pokemon Firered and Leafgreen, but you have to on Firered/Leafgreen have given Celio the Ruby and Sapphire found throughout the Sevii Islands after beating the Elite Four and catching 60 Pokemon to upgrade the Pokedex.
In both games you will need a national pokedex and in leaf green you will need to get the two gems (sapphire/ruby) and deliver them to celio on one island
Yes, you can trade Poke'mon in both Leaf Green/Fire Red and Ruby/Sapphire. Although, you do need the National Dex in LG/FR in order to trade.
