I don't think that you can open that door. I have tried everything, nothing does. Sorry.
I'm pretty sure it is a minigames area that you can go into if you are linked with a friend.
Sorry to tell you it is a door that can be opened w/ an AR or GS
The door is unlockable, I saw on youtube about it, there is a trainer on the top then battle it, that trainer is using a missigno glitch and it's Lv.0, So don't waste time opening that door
