How do I get to evergrande city and please an expert answer me please oh and I need a detailed answer

If you have access to cave of orign then you will find the HM08 waterfall. Teach it to a tentacool or so and tap A when you are right in front of the waterfall.

You have to get the tm waterfall. I'm sorry but I forget where it is. Then you have to teach the move to a pokemon. Now travel to ever grande city, the city farthest to th east (check your map) and make the Pokemon that knows waterfall use it on the waterfall. Now your at ever grande city. If you want to get to the other half of it, youll have to travel through victory road (that cave there) good luck!

Don't worry, I tend to be a bit too detailed sometimes. First off, you need a Pokemon that knows surf, and a Pokemon that knows dive. Go to mossdeep city in the edge near the water and use surf. Keep heading south, and keep a close eye on your poke navigator. Once you find a waterfall, use waterfall.(they obviously took a lot of time naming these attacks!) there you will reach victory road.

P.S you might want to get some repels for the journey
