I got two qustions,how do I get latios and lugia?

Once you beat the Elite 4, you'll watch TV in your house (i think) and you'll hear about a blue Pokemon flying around Hoenn. The problem is Latios will be roaming all Hoenn, so you'll need to go all around and hope you may find it. As for Lugia, you'll need to trade.

After you defeat the Elite Four go to your house and watch TV.
It should say that a blue dragon Pokemon is roaming Hoenn. Now you have to look in random places for him.
Lugia can only be obtained if you have a nondry cartridged Fire Red or Leaf Green and use a Nintendo Event or use a Game Shark cheat code.
