Rayquaza

How do I catch Rayquaza? I fought him down to 1 HP and I used 6 ultra balls on him and I couldnt catch him before he used rest and then he finished off my last pokemon. I don't have a master ball coz I used it on Groudon. So how do I catch Rayquaza?

Yeah, remember if you ever make a new game file, save your master ball for Rayquaza.

Firstly, you need lots, and lots of ultra balls. Buy about 40 or 50, and make sure you have a few great balls as well. Basically, you need to get it as weak as possible (as you did) and put him to sleep, or do something else which doesn't allow it to recover. Eventually you will catch it, but it requires a lot of patience.

Keep trying, use a paralying move like thunder wave and hope it doesnt use rest

I personally think you should have kept your Masterball for Latios or Latias,but that does not matter.I caught Raquaza buy yousing Altaria Lv54
Dragonbreath wich paralyzed it and then yoused Zangoose Lv60 False swipe wich
Took Raquaza down to 1 hp and then throw about 10 to 15 ultraballs and prees A and B very fast with your thumb,If you battle for a long time about forty turns if you counted correctly throw some timer balls and you should have it.

Steel type will do good against his extreme speed and fly attack. I used GRUDGE right when he was going to use outrage. But don't waste your time with ultra balls. Use timer balls. Theyre more affective and less expensive

Just keep using any ball that you have.

You should get it into one eventually.
