How do I get to mirsge island and southern island

The mirage island is almost impossible to go t. Its located just before route 130, in route 131. All you can do is find the man in the house southeast of the Pokemon Center in Pacifidlog town. He's always watching for Mirage Island and, if he says he can see it, it's there. The problem is you must wait until the ID of the island is the same as the ID of one of your pokemon.

To go to the Southern Island, you have to get an Eon Ticket (through a Nintendo Event)

You can use a Action Replay or GameShark to teleport you there, because they no longer do Mystery events for Pokemon Ruby, you cannot obtain the needed tickets. But, actually you could use the cheat device and give yourself the Eon Ticket.
