Question for Pokemon Ruby

In Pokemon Ruby I want to get into the Safari Zone but I need to get a Pokeblock case does anyone know where it is if so please answer back.

Go to Slateport contest building and talk to everyone in there and a person will give it to you. I think there on the left.

You get the pokeblock case from the little girl who says I have two so you can have one and then she gives you the pokeblock case.

Go to slateport's contest building, the little girl on the left side of the door will give you the pokeblockcase :-) good luck!
