- To get jirachi you have to get a ticket from a Nintendo Event or you can trade him from Pokemon Colosseum Bonus Disk or Pokemon Channel.
- To get deoxys you also have to get a ticket from a Nintendo Event or you can trade him from Pokemon Life Green or Fire Red.

But if you want to get them more easily just use a Gameshark/Action Replay code. Just say if you want the codes and I will get them for you.

I think jirachi can get only by using gameshark or any other device but deoxys I know but you have to get these Pokemon latios/ruby latias/sapphire train the bird up to level 67 after you do that go the aircraft center and talk to man standing in the door to the second floor then he will tell you that today is the no. 167 launch if he did not tell you that train the bird up to lvl 77 and talk to her again after that the game blinks 2-3 seconds and now you are in the outer space there you can get deoxys here's my tip:before you catch the Pokemon stand beside him and save the game then catch it if you runs out pokeballs just turn off the game and continue to the last you save the game and rigth your beside him.catch him again and if runs out pokeballs again just turn off the power.if you don't know how to get latios or latias;here after you defeat the elite four go to your house and talk to your mom and she's watching t.v if she tell you what color blue latios and red latias..after you tell him you are starting to catch these legendary birds.
