help with regis?

Is there any way to get through the 2nd dor of sealed chamber without relicanth&wailord? Relicanth is too hard to catch&wailord evoles from wailmer at a high level&if you wanna get wailord alone it's impossable!help me!!!!

No, there is no other way. Sorry. You could try putting a Wailmer in daycare until lvl 39.

Sorry but there is no other way. Relicanth is hard because you only have about 5% chances of catching him everytime you find a Pokemon underwater. But about Wailord, there is a way you can catch him: in route 129. He is a little rare but you just need to surf and you can find him pretty soon.

No. You have to decode the braile to get in and have those Pokemon. (No freaking duh)(lol)
If you havn't caught it:
I think you have a better chance of finding a Relicanth in dark water(where you can't dive up (and where there is grass or sea-weed)). And you catch high level Wailmers in Evergrande, in between the waterfall flat ground near the Pokecenter (about lvl 35-45) and you just need to train them up by 5 or so lvls

Look catching relicanth is not as hard as everyone says. Just grab a tropius and dive then use sweet scent with tropius and keep going on the sea grass to catch him I'm not sure if I was lucky or not but I caught it second time
