What?

I have two questions.

First, what does it mean when the man at the Space Center says that there was a successful launch if it doesn't mean that you get to go into space?

Second, how do you collect paintings for the man at the art museum in Lilycove City?

Nothing. That is right, you read this correctly. What the old man says means nothing, he is just telling you how many successful rockets they have launched. That is it, it does mean anything more than to tell you that there was another successful launch.

Second, I am not sure how to take pictures as I never bothered with that trivial task. But perhaps when you win a contest, he takes that picture of your Pokemon, and puts it on the wall?

I'm not sure about the space center thing, but in saphire when I won masterclass contests there was an artist and he offered to make a painting and it went to the museum
