You can only do that with a cheat device such as a Gameshark or an Action Replay.
Yes first save the game before you turn on the pc; hold your Pokemon a masterball then deposit the Pokemon to the box 11 but don't put a Pokemon on the box 11 and box 2 after you deposit the Pokemon to the box 11 swicth the box to the box 2 but before you switch you it says you have to save then say yes and if it says SAVING THE GAME DONT TURN OFF THE POWER don't follow that just turn off the power and continue to the last you have save the game and rigth your in the side of the pc check your Pokemon party and the Pokemon you have deposit is in your party check your inventory and there's your masterball check the the box 2 and there's your Pokemon you have deposit and it also holds a masterball see it's in your party and it also in your box 2 it duplicates your Pokemon and masterball.but I recommended you not to do that because it can cause your game to be deleted or corrupted you can also get an masterball in the LUCKY NUMBER SHOW just trade pokemons to others maybe thier Pokemon i.d number can be showned in the lucky number show..i wish that helps you
Umm, I don't think cloning works on ruby without a gameshark. They did a really good job making it so you can't do that. Not with a link trade or pc saveing trick
