You cannot get Missingno in this game. There is no glitch to reach him, and there is no code that will make him appear. So, sorry, but you cannot find Missingno.
If you could get him, you wouldnt want him anyways because he will royally screw up your game.
Try using gameshark code 0000B138000A 1003A82A0007 (master code), then 83007D22019D (for Pokemon ??????????). This is one of the missing numbers in the game (in missingno., no. Is short for number). It will be at lvl 0 and have no attacks though, but you can teach it hm's surf, dive, waterfall, strength, and fly. I don't know what tm's it can learn
Use a walk through walls cheat and avoid the kid at the start and go stait through the trees and up to the second town and it will apear I you're party in pc as shiny bulbasaur
