where is southern island!

As my title says "WHERE IS SOUTHERN ISLAND!!!!!!!!!!!"

Found only with the Eon Ticket. You could only get these at events. (real life events which are now all over)so you can't go there, unless you have a friend who has a real eon ticket. (not a hacked or cheated one) mix records with them, and the ticket will have transferred to you. You may then get to southern island by going to the docks at Lilycove.

There you will battle Latias (in Ruby), Latios (in sapphire) and either of the two, whichever you didn't pick in Emerald.
