Where?

Where do you get the HM strength? And how to get deoxys? Because when is use the game shark codes the Pokemon appears is ???????? And who is latiosa?

Deoxys can only be found through cheat devices such as the Action Replay or Gameshark...Latios is a rare Pokemon that there is only one in the game but is worth waiting for.

HM04 is found in Rusturf Tunnel. "?????????" means you typed the code wrong or have the wrong code for the game

There is no such thing as latiosa, it was in the cheats section but it's NOT TRUE! ANYWAYS, it dosen't exist!
