How do you get a bike? I want to get good Pokemon out of the daycare. Help me!

You get a bike while passing the story, and if by saying you want to get good Pokemon out of the daycare you mean you want them to grow more levels, the longer they are there the stronger they will become. If your pokemon seem weaker, then it is better to train them yourself.

You get your bike at mauville city just go to the right of the Pokemon center and you should see a bunch of bikes lined up just go into the building beside and talk to the spiky haired guy.
