Does anyone know where and how you can catch a mylotic?

You can only get milotic from getting a feebas beauty to maximum. The easiest way is by feeding it Pamtre berries. Once the beauty is at max you just need to level it up by 1 level.

To get a Pamtre berry, you must say a special thing to the Berry Master's Wife, though I have forgotten what to say... Sorry.

(P.S you can only get one pamtre berry so plant it and look after it!!)

You can't catch a milotic. You have to catch a Feebass on rout 119 neer the weather station. It migh take a while, coz there are 400 tiles of water on rout 119 and feebass only appeares in 6 of the 400! It took me 'bout 30-60mins! Your Feebass has to have a good personality (eg. Quiet, nice etc. Not bold, nasty etc.) If it doesnt, then put it in the daycare with a ditto and breed it untill you have a good one. Also, don't train your Feebass untill it evolves into a Milotic, because Feebass has bad moves (its like a migicarp, it's first evolution is bad, but when it evolves it's good!)

Once you have one, go to the berry master on rout 123 and say to the wife: CHALLENGE CONTEST she will give you a Pamtree berry. Grow that berry untill you have the amount desired, then make pokebblocks out of them. Make sure that thay are good quality pokeblocks and feed them to your Feebass untill it evilves. Blue and Indigo pokeblocks are best. As I said before, MAKE SURE THEY ARE GOOD QUALITY!!!
