They are in the level one dungeons like purity forest joyous tower
You can find cyndaquil in joyous tower, floors thirteen too seventeen. You can find larvitar in southern cavern, floors sixteen to twenty- six. You can find ekans in western cave, floors three too five.
Well most starter pokemons and be recuited in joylus tower
