When I went on quest for stormy sea I made my Pokemon hold dive hm and went there but I died and lost the hm but I got it back by wonder mail and beat it and recruited kyogre but when I sleep I can't get peliper to tell me about buried relic my mailbox is empty i'll do anything but someone tell me what to do except delete my save data and begin new game plsssssss help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well you could get the Legendary birds and continue with the story and hope for the best, OR!!!! You can listen to your friend and start over.
You could also use wonder mail for Buried relic...
