How do I beat articuno I have squirtil and pikachu plz tell me

In the cave try to get more members and use strong attacks and bring about 3 reviver seeds that should help that is what I did my first time

Ok, this is really a general statement for beating any hard person. Level up your Pokemon along the dungeon so that they are on a substantial level such as level 20-25. Revier seeds are also a good option if you have them.
