please help

I have a cubone lv 20 and mudkip lv 19 and I can't beat articuno and I can't escape. Can someone plz help me beat him?

If you get knocked out, I could probably send you a helper pokemon. I have my typhlosion lv 61 or my lv 70 something Rita(can't remember the species) just post the code for me to come rescue you, if it does not come up with a thing asking if you would like to be rescued or not, get knocked out on a floor below articuno and I can still send you the helper pokemon.

Well my suggjestion is symple. Just keep going against articuno till you beat it them on the way to articuno you will lvl up
