What is the best way to train up your pokemon for starters?

I have got the game but I takes me really long to train them up so I just give up, so I am asking where is the best place to train them up and what do you think is the best Pokemon to choose from at the start. Thanks

The best Pokemon to chooses is a water and a grass.

THe best place place to train is any 99 floor dungen and another way is to have a joy ribben or a joy seed

Get a high level Pokemon and defeat wild skarmory and absol in western cave late-game. Early game however isnt really quick so youll have to bear with it :/

to be perfectly honest i suffered with the same problems, i had a charmander and a squirtle lvl 30 by the end of the story and i wanted my electike to evolve so i could go and conquer stormy sea. i decided fire was a bad choice to go down their so i went and got myself a blastoise and a mantyke and destroyed kyogre plus dude the way i did it was by training in the makuhita gym, against team rumblerock they are easy as crap lol.

the best starters are grass and water, i myself have a venasaur and a marshtomp (too lazy 2 train it)
