All my shiny starters won't listen to me!
I started the game with shiny charmander now it won't listen to any of my commands I got the bolder bagels yet it refuses to listen it's lv14

When your Pokemon are level 11-15 won't obey level 10 will listen but higher levels won't obey if you get the bagel from Cerulean city don't level up your Pokemon too high or your Pokemon won't obey again.
