Sorry, but Trading in Pokemon Firered/Leafgreen versions is limited to only trading with each other, and Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald Versions after completing the Gem collection task in the Sevi Islands.
Pokemon Blue is a first generation game, making it incompatible to communicate with Generation three games such as Firered/Leafgreen.

Because Blue version is a Gameboy Pokemon game and isn't compatible. You need a GBA Pokemon game to trade.
