No, you can only go up to 7 island. But if you enter in a cheat code thing you will be able to go to 8 and 9 island. Never have I heard of 10 island though.

9 or 10 island does not even exist in the game! You can only go to 8 and 9 by the aurora ticket from gamestop for deoxeys and mew!!!
