Can you tell me what level to train my Pokemon for the elite 46, better moves, and better pokemon?

Lv:58 kidoking(please tell me good moves, I can't decide)
Double kick
Horn drill
Horn attack
Flatter

Lv:50 zapdos(just cought)
Thunder wave
Fly
Thunder
Drill peck

Lv:50 moltres(just cought)
Fire spin
Agility
Endure
Flamethrower

Lv:63 blastoise
Surf
Hydro cannon
Skull bash
Bite

Lv:33 nidoqueen
Double kick
Poison sting
Bite
Helping hand

Lv:38 pidgeot
Quick attack
Whirlwind
Wing attack

P.s. I've only been training 2 Pokemon, nidoking, and blastoise

Ok well I think you need to raise zapdos because the first one if zapdos knows thunder then you can take the first down easy,then pidgeot because the second 1 is a fighting person,umm with nidoking give him earthquake so you can deystroy the 3rd person. But you want to have them all 50 or above
