From the start go left. Then up by walking to the one arrow heading right. Walk to the left and up to take the pearl (just so you don't misunderstand me, when I say walk, I mean WALK without taking any arrows). Once you get the pearl, go up with the arrows. Fight the rocket member waiting for you there and take the up-grade. Once you're done with that, take the first set of arrows down. Walk up to the next rocket grunt, then take the middle arrows to the left. From here, walk all the way up to take the four arrows down forming a square just right of where you fought the last grunt. Fight the next grunt, go right and head up to the scientist to get the Sapphire gem back. hope this helps! Good luck.
