How do you unlock the gym doors in: virdian city and I can't remeber the name but it is where you revive the fossils where do you get the key for the gym ther???? And where do you get it in virdian????

You cannot unlock the gym door in Viridian City, you see, it will unlock itself in a way when the right time comes. Now you are probably wondering when that is, so I will tell you. The correct time is when you get 7 badges. So in other words, get seven badges, and the Viridian city Gym door will open for you. The place where you go to revive your dead Pokemon fossil's is an Island south of Pallet town called Cinnibar Island. You can find the key to the gym in the Burnt Pokemon Mansion. Hope this helps.

The key is in the basement of the old mantion, to get it, you must jump off a ledge and you will land on the basement (or close to it). It is kind of a puzzle to get through everything, but you can find it out. You just need to pull levers on the dragon like statues to open and close doors.
