I think you just need 2 try you're best and like figure out the weeknesses and stuff like dat just give it 100% effort and you can probably conquer her!!!! And if you figure out the way you don't hav 2 fite all of her minions!!!!
Like I said b4 just try 2 conquer her because wen I beet her I only used 1 Pokemon but yea like I said just give it you're best and don't give up if you give up now you wont beet the elite 4!!!!!! The best thing you can do is use the startegies like the type match up or just do watevea you need 2 do!!!!
I definitely would advise you to level up Pokemon, at all times, if you don't have a book for the game, then I'd see what the local trainers are like, what they have and levels, generally the trainers are the same or slightly lower then the Gym, If it the same as RBY then I believe that her levels are in the 20's somewhere, since she has an evolved one. I'd definitely would pick up a Pikachu if you can try and round off your party, make sure you don't have too many of the same type or you'll have the same weaknesses. And also don't just move type the Pokemon to the type they are, change it up a bit... See what kind of TM's and HM's they can learn if it's a type that can offset the weakness then use it. Like in the SGC series, the first Gym had birds that knew Mud Slap that is a ground move, usable against electric types and rock types, that isn't normal... But it makes that Gym harder. Keep leveling and it should get better, level up all Pokemon, but level the ones effective against water first, Ele and grass should do the trick, I believe that Starmie is also Physic so things good against Physic are good too.. Gho and Dark I think. Try to find a type grid, and see whats good against what (sorry about not going further on this I don't have a book for LG/FR yet...) but I don't think they added any more since S/R. If you have one for that series it should continue to help.
