1) Theres no route 102 in this game only in Ruby version.
2) use the move tackle on a Pokemon to get the virus. Then
put it into your pc and it will make your Pokemon strong faster(i think).
3) no, you need gameshark or action replay.
4) breed Wobbuffet.
