Whats the name of the tag that lets you fly up cycle road?
I've been playing this game since I was in the first grade but can't figure out the dang name of that tag! Please help it's been ripping at me all day.

1. The only tag item we found is Cleanse Tag, a type of held item that decreases the wild Pokémon encounter rate if held by the player's Pokémon.
2. Or maybe you meant HM02 Fly, which is used to teach a Pokémon to Fly.
