How do I turn off the "No random battles" code

i did that but it doesnt work its stuck now i cant catch any pokemon since you cant catch pokemons of trainers

If you're playing on an emulator and using savestates or autosaves, that's probably why. I would just save and reset the game. The emulator I use has that as an option if you long-press the game, but it might be different on other emulators. Resetting the game won't delete your save; it's just like turning the system off and back on. Also, if you have any other cheats on, I would disable all of them. If you aren't using an emulator, it might be a bug and you might need to delete and restart your game. Either playing on an emulator or on an actual game cartridge, I would suggest walking around for a while and seeing if it isn't just a repel that you used and forgot about.
