How do I go to safari zone in Pokemon fire red theres a Pokemon sleeping is there any other way if so plz inform me

The Safari Zone can be found in Fuchsia City. Before you can head there, you must defeat Team Rocket in the Pokemon Tower in Lavender Town. After you do this, you will receive the Poke Flute from Mr. Fuji. From there, you can awaken the Sleeping Pokemon (Snorlax) and head to Fuchsia City.
