Where can I find a berry grinder??
Ive been looking ever where and I can't seem to find a berry grinder does anyone know where I can find one?

I believe you're talking about Berry Crushing. After you have received the Powder Jar from the person in Cerulean City, you can crush berries inside the Union Room found in any Pokemon Center.
