The Hidden Tickets can only be obtaining by going to a Nintendo Event. Since those rarely ever happen and, when they, they only offer stuff to the latest titles, your only option is to use a cheating device.

U CAN GET YOUR TICKETS IF YOUR PLAYING AN GBA IF YOU DO YOU MUST GO TO THE MART THEN THERE AN QUESTIONNARE IN THERE FILL IT UP LINK TOGETHER WITH ALL AND THEN YOU MUST HAVE AN Wireless ADAPTOR IF YOU DO PUT IT ON YOUR GBA AND THEN YOU MUST GO AT THE POKEMON CENTER ANY POKEMON CENTER AND GO UP AND THEN THERE MUST BE A GUY TALK TO HIM AND HE WILL GIVE YOU AN MYSTIC TICKET AND AURORA TICKET
