How do you get in cerulean cave?? I've beaten the elite four all my Pokemon know hms. What else do you need to do to be able to get in??? Please answer

You gotta find the Ruby and the saphire for the guy at the poke center on One Island. If it still doesnt let you than on Four Island if you havent found the chick from the Elite Four in ice cave you need to do that

you need to beat them twice but the second time is after you get the national dex

go to Cerulean City and cross the bridge and on your left you will find water Surf and you'll find the cave
