Who, what, when, where why,not really why, but help me. Do I have to see or catch all Pokemon to get the nat. Dex. When do you meet a charmander to catch? What type of action replay do you get for fire red, what is gameshark

I'm pretty sure that you have to see all the pokemon. Not catch.
You can't catch Charmander, Bulbasaur, or Squirtle in the wild. You have to have chosen it as your Starter. Sorry.

To get the national dex I think you have to see all the Pokemon and you can catch the other starters the two you didnt pick but you can Trade them from like leafgreen
