What you need to do is catch a Pikachu in the forest before you get to Misty. It is hard finding it but I swear that it is there. That will blow Misty out of the water, lol.

Charmeleon evolves at level 36, Pidgey envolves at level 18. I'm not sure of Mankey. But good adivice... Get a Pikachu, but you can only get it in Viridian Forest... Any grass Pokemon would be of good help too, maybe a Butterfree? Good luck.

Catch a bellsprout and train it to the same level as mistys

Well,what I would do is skip her go to vermillion city and train get a Charizard then beat LT.Surge the 3rd gym leader then go back and defeat Misty.also raise your pidgeys LV I would say to 25?

With a level 30 Charmeleon, you can't. It's that simple. There's no way under the sun Charmeleon can beat a Starmie with a Water move and at that level it's highly unlikely that your Charmeleon will obey you anyway. Pidgey's terrible and should be discarded, and Mankey isn't that great simply because Fight types aren't that useful in this game.

The only thing I can suggest is that you head back to Viridian Forest, hunt down a Pikachu and train it up. You don't really have much of a choice - you won't beat the Starmie with any of the others.

Mankey evolves into Primeape at level 26 or something.
Pidgey evolves into Pidgeotto at level 18, and Pidgeotto evolves into Pidgeot at level 36.

Ok here is some advice for you. 1. Charmeleon is fine.
2. Train mankey to level 20-25.
3. Pidgey to level 20+
4. If you got a catapie or metapod to a butterfree level 20-25.

You need an electric or grass type Pokemon, preferably electric. There aren't any strong grass Pokemon prior to this point, only bugs like Weedle. So try finding a Pikachu, they can be found in Viridian Forest. It may take you a while but it will be worth it. With a fairly strong Pikachu and the Pokemon you already have, it should be fairly easy.

Ok stop freakin out. I suggest you go north of cerulean and catch an Oddish LV13 or 14,train it to LV19-22 and Misty should be out of your life in about 5 minutes

Start with a Pikachu at lvl 21 and afterwards a Oddish at lvl 17. If you need an efficient way to level up your Pokemon you can just spend all your money in the shop (so you want have to pay Misty when you loose) and battle with the Pokemon who neesd training!
