elite four?
Do the elite four ever level up? Because I defeated the elite four 71 times and they never level up? Please help!

They just stay the same in Emerald,Ruby,and Sapphire they level up but nope they don't level up in this game.

The only times they level up is when you meet them the second time.

For firered and leafgreen they do. At first they are at level 50ish and then the level up to 60/70ish the second time they returned. But if you have Emerald/Ruby/Sapphire then thats a different story
