How do you get teddiursa and houndour I've looked everywhere from islands 1 to 7 and yet nothing plz someone help me

Get a Pokemon Emerald and go to the new expansion part of the Safari Zone after you beat the elites.you will find houndour and teddiursa there.
Or if teddiursa isnt there go to 4th island and look in the grass.

You can catch teddirsa and houndaur in the extended Safari Zone after you beat the Elite Four.
