Okay my friend is geting me a luiga,ho-oh,deoxes but untill then I need help. Were do you find pretty good pokemon. (ps I did not beat the elite 4)

Well, usually, you can find some pretty strong in the Victory Road. If you are unfamiliar with the name, then you can just say that there are really strong Pokemon in the cave before the Elite Four. You can find Pokemon on level Thirty-Five and above there. But, the really good Pokemon only come after you defeat the Elite Four. After you defeat them all, head into the cave at Cerulean City for a real nice surprise. I say surprise because in that cave, you will find Pokemon that are above level Fifty-Four, and even higher. So, it will be a fun time. For right now though, just train your regular Pokemon. They will suit you well enough. Hope this helps.

Ok if you catch a Pokemon in a high level the Pokemon stats will be lower than normal so if you can raise you're Pokemon until 65-70 I know it's hard but is going to be easier in the elite 4
