Will someone please help me I can't beat the eleat 4 I've tried 17 times I restarted my game because I had a level 97 VENASAUR but........ A kid restarted his game and had my best Pokemon and I still want it backi need a way to level up Pokemon faster like 600 rare candies would do the trick so I need an easier way instead of plaing my game for 6 months straight thanks if you can find me a cheat where I can get or copy rare candies id love it thanks

Try giving a rare candy to a Pokemon and breed it.
You should get an egg. Hatch it. Then it should be holding a rare candy. Now you have 2. Continue this you should continue getting the eggs with rare candies.
Note: this is a 2:3 result. You will not ALWAYS get a rare candy.
