Your game is most likely experiencing a glitch and those are called shiny pokemon...they are very rare and use this glitch to your advantage...seriously...use this glitch a lot...

They are more than likely shiny Pokemon keep them if you find these becouse they are extreamly rare

It's a game feature where you get to SOMETIMES encouter Pokemon of different color..........the chances are about 1 in 8000 something........so it's pretty rare.........but they're just like normal Pokemon, only the appearance changes

You said "they are always" a different color,.........is it everytime? Or what

You are probably finding shiny Pokemon catch them because they are very hard to find and very rare. Also once you catch them migrate them to diamond or pearl. I am glad to help you.

H well well you keep finding shiney Pokemon must be very lucky to find aton of them so catch them!

Its not a glitch, but it IS something good. It's called a shiny, catch them at all costs.
