NO! It can only eat so many in it's lifetime (around 12 depending on quality of course-high level and low feel are best). This is why what you should've done is to make all the Pokeblock with as much Blue as possible-like 15-and then save before you start feeding it, feed away as many as needed or it will take-you can always check with the guy on couch at Slateport Fan Club to see if Beauty is maxed-he'll give you a Blue Scarf if so. Than raise it one level to get Milotic. If it ate all the Pokeblock possible, turn off/reset the game, make better Pokeblock or get a Feebas (you can breed one, if you cannot seem to catch another-don't forget-with a ditto if male) with a different Nature, like Mild, Modest, Quiet or Rash-they're most likely to get a strong effect for Dry Flavor(Blue-Beauty). Ones that are the toughest and will benefit least from Dry Flavor are Adamant, Careful, Impish and Jolly. Listen to my advice if you really want that Milotic, mine's sweet! Good luck!

TEAM KA LEADER answered:

Youve most probably maxed out on of it's stats in it (Eg. Beauty, cool, tough etc...), and your still trying to feed pokeblocks to max out whats already maxed out.

godzillaboy96 answered:

No. Breed another and feed it ONLY Blue and Indigo PKBLKs if you want it to evolve in a Milotic.

Master Volthawk answered:

No. Once it gets full, it will never eat pokeblocks again.

kenn elfred answered:

No because you have given feebas many pokeblocks

Luigiguy22 answered:

No, Pokemon can only eat a certain number of pokeblocks before they're... Full.
